Voluntary Remediation Program

Georgia’s Voluntary Remediation Program Act became effective on June 1, 2009.  This Act was created to encourage voluntary investigation and remediation of contaminated properties.  Please use the following link to obtain a copy of Georgia’s Voluntary Remediation Program Act:

EPD appreciates your interest in participating in this program and, as announced by the EPD Director on January 6, 2010, is currently accepting applications.  On April 1, 2010, the Director announced a change to the application checklist and forms and eliminated provisional acceptance and additional allowance of time for completing applications.   Please review this announcement for the revised provisions.
