Scrap Tire Program

The Scrap Tire Program issues generator identification numbers, carrier permits, and processor approvals for scrap tire handlers. The Program issues scrap tire clean up grants and education and enforcement grants to local governments; and uses state contractors to clean up scrap tire piles.
